The Brickhouse Pub & Grille
433 Main St. • Red Wing, MN
The Brickhouse team has brilliantly melded a love of fine food featuring everything from home made soups, sauces, and pastas to unique salads and delicious steaks with a brilliant drink menu. Situated in downtown Red Wing, the Brickhouse is just a short walk from the St. James Hotel.

What on first glance appears to be one of the nicer bars in the area actually turns out to also be an extraordinary restaurant. The wide-ranging menu focuses the Brickhouse’s specialty and build-your-own pizzas, but nearly every dish is something creative and out of the ordinary. If one were to pick nits, one might point out that sometimes the dinner salads leave a little to be desired.

Recommended dish: Cobb salad, Big Disaster

The food is ok - if you don't mind it not being HOT when it's served to you. The service from the staff was terrible - especially when you have to go up to the bar to get your own drinks because the server hasn't returned in 20 minutes to your table on a night when it wasn't that busy!

The atmosphere is wonderful but that's the best thing! The food is ok & the service is horrible! Up-side is they have a nice little patio outside to sit & have a beer on a beautiful night! I can't believe this "Travel Counselor" gave this 5 stars & totally ripped Liberty's apart! Liberty's is by far way better food & service!

Yeah, the service leaves a lot to be desired. This is not the place to go if you need to be in and out to catch a movie. But the Big Disaster is delish and I love the pork sandwich with the mushrooms and onions!!!!

Stopped in on Sunday- had the best Blood Mary to date- came with shrimp, pepperoni, pickles- pretty much a salad- damn good! Great Art on the walls, and WOW that was such a great Bloody- want one right now!

LOVE this place! Amazing changes in the last year! The new menu is wonderful- so hard to decide- love the stuffed with stuff burgers, the beer and the bloodys. The family owned place is cozy and classy, nothing like it in the area! Great place for AMAZING FOOD and really great people, everyone is friendly, helpful, & welcoming! Across from the St. James it is a must stop in Red Wing!

Love this place! Really great food, sat on patio & drank Martini's- they have 111 to choose from- meant to be a day of shopping with the girls- and hung out there the whole day! Had the stuffed Gouda burger- YUM- super super good, messy but super good! The place is family owned & we had a blast hanging out with the two brothers- great service, friendly, comfy & classy- Highly recommend! Love Red Wing- tons of cute shops- St. James has a great spa, & the Brick House outdoor patio is wonderful!
